online application, upload a picture of your ID and pay here.
Appointment
You will then be contacted via
text/email or phone to schedule your consultation with the provider.
ID card issued
After your appointment you will be issued a Maine Medical Marijuana ID card. We can drop the card off at your preferred dispensary, mail you your card, or it can be picked up at NuLife Wellness Center.
